They will discuss the job in detail, advise you on its practicality and point out any design issues. This will lead to a written estimate so you can decide the best way to proceed.

We keep costs down without compromising on quality and to ensure you are kept informed, the same surveyor will work on your project throughout the design process.

Design

Our design people have extensive backgrounds and long experience in all areas of basement design, so we are well placed to undertake the structural design, waterproofing and drainage aspects of your project. Equally, we are happy to work with your own architect or design team to ensure their plans are both practical and cost effective.

Project Management

A project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the course of the project. They will liaise closely with all building personnel and craftsmen to make sure everything is delivered on time and within budget. He or she will also ensure key items are ordered and delivered promptly and will also be on hand to help you finalise floor and wall finishes, ironmongery and joinery.
