Timber Decay Remedial Services Ltd (T.D.R.S.) is an established damp-proofing company founded in 1963. The company operates throughout the East Midlands, primarily Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire.

Our company is one of the founder members of the B.W.P.D.A. (British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association), now known as the Property Care Association (P.C.A.) All our surveyors are qualified by examination to the C.S.R.T. (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment) and C.S.S.W. (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing).

We specialise in the following services -

• Installation of cavity drained membrane systems with sump and pump.
• Cementitious tanking systems.
• Installation of chemical damp-proof courses.
• Treatment against wood boring insects and decaying fungi
• General building work as required.

All our work is guaranteed by the company and we are also able to offer insurance-backed guarantees via GPI. Twenty years with regards to damp-proofing and ten years for basement conversions.
